Volunteer with us!
🚩 The marching band performs for less than 11 minutes when they take
the field, showcasing long hours of hard work, dedication, and skill.
What you may not see are the volunteers who work behind the scenes to:
‣ clean and repair uniforms
‣ bake halftime cookies (for ours and the visiting band!)
‣ design and build props
‣ make and deliver food to students
‣ and so much more!
This
photo represents all 13 members of the color guard, but it also
acknowledges some volunteers! Alongside Mrs. G, Melony Gray, Daisy
Glazer, and Jayne Huebner helped sew these practice flags. Aren’t they
beautiful? And they still have more work to do! 🧵
If you want
to help with the behind-the-scenes work, you can volunteer your time.
Sometimes it’s taking tickets at the soup and potato dinner; other
times, it could be making cotton candy at a middle school concert!
💖 If you’re interested in volunteering, you can find opportunities here, in the News feed, and on the Volunteer page. And of course, we’d love to have you at meetings! Thank you to the volunteers for all your hard work throughout the year!
