Annual Volunteer Opportunities

Marching Madness 5k (March)
We’re already excited for the 3rd annual race! Join the fun:
Course Pointer: Stand along the race route and guide participants through the course, providing encouragement and direction.
Water Station Volunteer: Help keep runners hydrated at one of our water stations along the route or at the finish line.

Baseball/Softball Concession Stands (March-May)

2 adults and 3-4 student volunteers will open the stand, prepare and serve food, take orders, sell drinks, clean, and close the stand.

Gnadenhutten Fireworks Festival (July)
Come celebrate America’s birthday with us during this local 4th of July celebration.
Face Painting & Hair Tinsel table– A great way to be creative and raise money for our music programs!
Concessions & Cotton Candy Stand– Help us serve ice cold drinks, a limited food menu, and make and sell cotton candy.

Field Crew (Aug.-Nov.)
The marching band hauls a lot of stuff on and off the field for each performance. Join the crew that sets props out, pushes and pulls pit instruments, and rolls out the drum major’s podium.

Serve the Marching Braves (Aug.- Nov.)
Feeding the Marching Braves has been such a positive addition to our program. Join us in setting up tables and coolers, serving the students, and cleaning up so they can stay fueled for performances.

Home Game Cookie Crew (Aug.-Oct.)
We’ve been serving cookies to ours and the visiting band at home games for over a decade! Help keep this beloved tradition going! We regularly need 10+ dozen cookies to serve the students, but we don’t mind if you buy them or bake them! As long as they’re nut-free!
